Cap and Skull is a secret society at Rutgers University, based on the model of Skull and Bones at Yale. Only 18 members (or less than .5% of a graduating class) are inducted every year. Admission is dependent upon excellence in academics, athletics, the arts and public service. Leadership and character are also used as factors.
Famous members include Paul Robeson.
