Canadian Aviation Museum

The Canadian Aviation Museum is a national aviation history museum, located in Ottawa, Ontario. The facilities comprise mainly of the permanent collection of the museum's vintage aircraft.

The collection has several rare pieces of a cold war era Avro Arrow fuselage, and a good selection of aircraft which are representative of Canada's role in World War II.

Also on site are interactive activities on the science of flight, films, demonstrations, a boutique, and guided tours.

A few of the tours take the visitors "behind the scenes" to see conservation and restoration work in progress, and pieces which are in storage.
