The Cadbury Report, Financial Aspects of Corporate Governance is a pivotal document in a debate ongoing from the late 1980s through to the present day, concerned with Corporate Governance.

The Cadbury Report sets out recommendations, that have been adopted to greater or lessor extent by the European Union, USA, the World Bank and others, for the arrangement of company boards and accounting systems that mitigate governance risks and failures.
