Bruce Greenwood was born on August 12, 1956 in Noranda, Quebec, Canada. He is a prominent Canadian actor who has starred in such films as Thirteen Days (as John F. Kennedy), Exotica and The Sweet Hereafter, both award-winning films directed by Canadian director Atom Egoyan.
He is slated to appear in the adaptation of Isaac Asimov's novel I, Robot in 2004.
