Bruce Forsyth is a British entertainer and showman who achieved celebrity on the show "Sunday Night at the London Palladium", and has since presented such game shows such as "The Price is Right", "Play Your Cards Right", "The Generation Game" and "You Bet".
He is especially well-known for his catch phrases, "Nice to see you, to see you nice", "Give us a twirl, Anthea", "It's gonna be a good night tonight if you play your cards right", "Good game, good game" and "Brucie Bonus".
Forsyth also served as guest host for one episode of Have I Got News For You, in which he took the opportunity to parody many of the clichés that seem to follow him around on whatever show he presents.
He was born in Edmonton, North London on the February 22, 1928.
