The Borj-e Milad is a very tall tower built in Tehran, Iran. The highest point is a long a anntenna at 435 m \ 1427 ft and about i/3 of the way down from this is a large pod with 12 floors, the roof which is at 315 m \ 1034 ft. Below this is a staircase and elevator to reach the area.
