Bold Venture was a radio series produced in 1951-1952 starring Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. Bogart plays Slate Shannon, a salty sea-dog of a hotel owner who gets in and out of all sorts of tough situations in the waters of Havanna. Sailor Duvall, played by Bacall, tags along to add a suitable amount of humor and sex appeal.
