Blink-182 (untitled) is Blink-182's eighth album, and was released on Geffen Records on November 18, 2003. During KROQ's annual Weenie Roast, Travis Barker, who was playing with his side project the Transplants, announced that the album was to be named: Use Your Erection I and II. Later on, he admitted that he was joking, and the band decided to leave the album untitled (as opposed to how most people think that it is self-titled). It is said that this album represents a "revamped" and "mature" Blink, infusing metal, goth rock and experimentalist elements into their usual punk, inspired by lifestyle changes (Mark, Tom and Travis all became fathers recently) and sideprojects (Box Car Racer and The Transplants). The album includes guest vocals by The Cure's Robert Smith on the track "All of This". Unlike previous records, this one contains absolutely no joke songs.
