Beverlee McKinsey

Beverlee McKinsey (born August 9, 1940) is an American actress.

She started her soap opera career playing Julie Richards on Love is a Many Splendored Thing in 1970.

She is most noted for her roles as Iris Cory on Another World (1972-1980) and its spinoff Texas, (1980-1981) as well as Alexandra Spaulding on Guiding Light (1984-1992).

She was one of the first stars on daytime television to be given star billing in a soap opera (Texas).

Her son Scott is a director on the soap opera General Hospital.
