Arton Birdie

The Birdie is an electric roadster made by the British company Arton. It is fitted with an 82 horsepower (60 kW) electric motor and a 4-speed tiptrionic transmission. This rockets the car from 0-60 MPH in under 9 seconds. The body is composed of a carbon polymer and kevlar composite giving the car a mass of 635 kilograms. The car uses independent double wishbone suspension and independent brakes. The range per charge of this electric vehicle is about 125 miles (200 km) and can be fully charged within three hours.
