Artio

In Continental Brythonic mythology, (specifically known from Switzerland), Artio was the goddess of wildlife. She was specifically associated with the bear, and was worshipped at Berne, which actually means "bear". She was often called Artio of Muri. She may have been married to Essus. She may be a source for the modern name Arthur.
