The Aquatennial is an annual event held in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1940, and is known as The Ten Best Days of Summer. It is held in mid-July and includes some 40 events, including sand castle building, beach volleyball, a tennis invitational, a triathalon, parades, Subway Block Party and the final Target Fireworks.
