The Anglo-Saxon gods were cognate to the gods of Norse mythology in particular and of Germanic mythology in general. Very little information has survived about the A-S gods. However, as it is reasonably safe to assume that the Anglo-Saxons did not understand them as distinct from the gods of their Germanic kinsmen in Scandinavia, the links have been directed to the richer information about their Nordic counterparts. Compare e.g. the redirects of Roman gods to their Greek cognates.
If someone has information about the Anglo-Saxon gods that sets them apart from the Norse gods, please change the redirects into proper articles with relevant information.
