This "town" is actually Andrews Air Force Base.

The racial makeup of the base is 65.30% White, 22.78% African American, 0.64% Native American, 3.17% Asian, 0.11% Pacific Islander, 3.65% from other races, and 4.35% from two or more races. 8.72% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
