- Aggregate can refer to the inert material (typically stone of sand- and gravel-sized particles) added to cement in strict proportions to make concrete.
- An aggregate is a collection of units, such as an aggregate flower (a type of inflorescence called a head); also the whole or sum total, as in aggregate score.
