Publishing and Broadcasting Limited, or PBL, is one of Australia's major media companies. Kerry Packer is its majority shareholder.
PBL has several television interests, owning the Nine Network, as well as 25% of the cable television provider Foxtel and 33% of the Sky News Australia cable channel.
