Michael "Mickey" Kantor (b. 1939) is an American ambassador and Cabinet Secretary. After serving as Bill Clinton's campaign manager in 1992, Kantor was appointed United States Trade Representative from 1993 to 1997 and United States Secretary of Commerce from 1996 to 1997.
Born in Nashville, Tennessee, he holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Georgetown University.
