Loft Story
Loft Story is a French reality show started in 2001 on the M6 channel. It is also a Quebec show with the same name and premise that aired in 2003 on TQS.
Description
It is somewhat similar to such shows as the Dutch-created Big Brother. The initial French Loft Story inspired the creation of a similar show of the same name in Quebec. The famous eye logo is used by both Loft Story versions. It evokes the voyeuristic eye of the television viewer as she or he watches the Lofteurs live in front of the cameras.
Other version
The Quebecois counterpart, on the TQS channel, had TVA's Occupation Double as main competitor in 2003. In Quebec, it was a success in terms of viewership but ultimately and even proportionately not as finacially successful as the French version.
