Deborah S. Jin (born 1969?) is a physicist with the NIST; Assistant Professor Adjoint, Department of Physics at the University of Colorado; a fellow of the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA), a National Institute of Standards and Technology joint laboratory with the University of Colorado and leader of the team that made the first Fermionic condensate. She won the prestigious MacArthur Fellowship "genius grant" in 2003. Currently, she is an assistant to Nobel laureate Eric Cornell. She is also married.
