Amber Brkich
Amber Brkich (born August 11, 1978) is the winner of Survivor: All-Stars, and was a contestant on Survivor: The Australian Outback. On May 9, 2004, she accepted fellow All-Stars competitor Rob Mariano's proposal of marriage on live television.
Born in Beaver, Pennsylvania, she has worked as an administrative assistant.
As a youth, Brkich went to Beaver Area High School, and then to Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority at Westminster, of which she was vice president and new member coordinator.
Brkich is a member of the Catholic Church. Her surname is Croatian (Brkić).
