Action 52 is a video game that was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System and the Sega Genesis in 1991. It was produced by Active Enterprises.
Action 52 was sold for an initial price of $200, or "52 games for less than $4 each." However, a vast majority of the games on the cartridge have major glitches, or are just a varation of a game with different colors and sprites.
These glitches include:
The flagship game on the cartridge is Cheetahmen, which had its own un-released sequel for the NES, Cheetahmen 2.
The Genesis version of Action 52 features slightly improved graphics, but is otherwise just as glitchy and unplayable as its NES cousin. Plans for a Super NES version of the game were scrapped when Active pulled out of the video game business.
